Hilltop palace with the city’s most cinematic sunset
Perched 944 m above sea level on Bansdara Peak, Sajjangarh — the Monsoon Palace — was built by Maharana Sajjan Singh in 1884 to watch monsoon clouds rolling in. Today it offers a 360° aerial-style view of lakes, palaces and the Aravalli range. The sunset here is legendary.
